CO-FOUNDER/LEAD INSTRUCTOR

Clayton is a United States Veteran with 25 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. He served both as an enlisted Marine and Officer. Clayton served as an Infantrymen, Anti-tank Missileman, Infantry Platoon Commander, Company Commander and Comptroller. Clayton was deployed to Iraq while serving as a Platoon Commander. He served as a Special Agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and currently has over 12 years on with a large municipality police department. Clayton is a Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, and De-Escalation, Control and Defensive Tactics instructor. Clayton attended his departments basic SWAT school and has served as a Tactical Team Member. Clayton has spent several years working narcotics investigations serving numerous search warrants. He was the Police Mentor for Recruit Training at his department and is currently assigned to a plain clothes unit.

CO-FOUNDER/LEAD INSTRUCTOR

Matt is currently a police officer and has 8 years of experience. He currently holds titles such as Field Training Officer, a Firearms Instructor, a De-Escalation, Control and Defensive Tactics Instructor, a Law Enforcement Driving Training Instructor, Taser Instructor and Pistol Mounted Optic Instructor. Matt has attended two basic SWAT schools and was assigned to his departments Street Narcotics Unit where he assisted in serving numerous search warrants. Matt is also a member of the Wellness Unit which responds to assist with critical incident situations. Matt has not only been in several critical incidents himself but has helped other officers after their critical incidents. Matt has helped train several new Police Recruits as well as current officers during his time on.

CO-FOUNDER/LEAD INSTRUCTOR

Logan began his law enforcement career in 2006 and is currently assigned to a Reality Based Training Unit for a major municipality in the southern United States. Logan was one of four selected to start the unit and has been pivotal in the training of his department. Logan is currently a tenured member of his departments Tactical Unit as well as having attended OSBI basic SWAT school, Tulsa PD basic SWAT school, and OBN Narc Assault School. Logan is a firearms instructor and a De-Escalation, Control and Defensive Tactics Instructor. Logan holds titles on the department such as Pistol Mounted Optic Instructor, Ballistic Shield Instructor, Field Training Officer, and Tactics Instructor. Logan is also the chairman of the board at Blue Warrior Inc, a non profit organization founded to provide training to law enforcement agencies at no cost to the student.

INSTRUCTOR

Joseph began his law enforcement career in 2009. He spent his first 12 years on patrol. He is currently serving as one of his departments Less Lethal Coordinator. Joseph also assists with the Reality Based Training Unit and the Firearms Training Unit. Joseph holds titles on the department such as Master Taser Instructor, Less Lethal Instructor, Firearms instructor, Pistol Mounted Optic Instructor, Low Light Instructor, and Vehicle CQB Instructor. Joseph also serves as a Team Leader for his departments Emergency Response Team and a Team Leader for Urban Search and Rescue - Task Force 1 (USAR OK-TF 1).

INSTRUCTOR

JP is a Police Officer of 15 year’s service for a major metropolitan department where he serves as a patrol officer, Field Training Officer, and Firearms Instructor. He has 22 years of service in the Marine Corps Reserves with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in the Field Artillery. He is currently assigned to the Marine Corps Reserve Marksmanship Training Unit where he is the Coach of the Pistol Team. As a competitive shooter he has achieved a Master classification in Action Pistol and Bullseye Precision Pistol, a Distinguished Marksman Badge, and has made the President’s 100 list for 3 years.
